Adam leads Parallel Wealth with a clear focus on education, clarity, and long-term thinking. His work today is centered on building a firm that supports better retirement decisions through rigorous planning, practical education, and systems designed around client outcomes. Adam spends most of his time guiding the team, shaping strategy, and creating content that reaches Canadians across the country, helping them understand how retirement really works before critical decisions are locked in.

Outside of the business, Adam enjoys golf, travel, and, most importantly, time with his wife, Stephanie, and their four kids, who keep him grounded and influence how he thinks about money, time, and what actually matters.
