Aaron has always enjoyed meeting new people and figuring out solutions to problems. Naturally, this led him to pursue a career focused on helping people accomplish their retirement dreams.

After earning his BComm in Personal Financial Planning from the University of Calgary, and a brief stint working in the office of a construction company, Aaron began his career at a boutique firm specializing in investments, insurance, and financial planning. As his passion for planning grew, he joined a small startup that focused exclusively on financial planning, before finding his way to Parallel Wealth in 2026. Aaron currently holds the QAFP® designation and is in the process of earning his CFP® designation.

Aaron’s love of problem solving extends beyond his professional life. He spends much of his time MacGyver-ing projects around the small homestead in northern BC he shares with his wife and daughter. He also loves good coffee and anything with an engine — the older, the better.
